COVER (Combinatorial Optimization for Versatile Applications to Emerging Urban Problems) is a Horizon Europe MSCA-SE funded project that brings together academic and industry experts to tackle urban challenges using combinatorial optimization and operations research. Focusing on graph theory and integer programming, the project aims to develop sustainable, practical solutions for issues like mobility, disaster response, healthcare access, and public transport. Through collaborative research, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge exchange, COVER promotes innovative modeling and real-world applications to improve quality of life in urban communities.
